Mar 14, 2010 Hi all Newbie here, looking for advice on strange issue we had with our loader tractor today. Picked up loaded trailer and tipped it today, dropped off from hitch on 3 point ok but further down the field in first gear, rear hitch started to jump up and down (just. 3-point is jumping up and down my ford tractor 3-point just keeps hoping up and down by itself. What can be wrong with? I just filled with oil and it keeps doing that. I can't find any oil leaks on the ground or anything., 12:08 AM #2. If all of this is ok then you might need to do some more in depth troubleshooting. You could have a bad three point control valve. Three Point Won't Stay Up- Leaks Down. Lift the three point all the way up and close the lock valve (usually located between your knees lust under the seat- see fig A). Shut off the tractor. Feb 22, 2013 ford 2000 tractor. The hyd lift quit working. The transmission reservoir was very full the differential reservoir almost empty. I assume the seals between the transmission and differential housing are leaking. How do you change these seals? I have an IT Manual but it does not help, other than identifies the probable problem.

When my touch control lever in in the full up position the tractor jumps and jerks like someone is standing on the implement lift arms and jumping up and down. When I move the level just slightly (down) this jumping/jerking stops. Also, at all time with the PTO engaged, it sounds like something is slapping against the inside of the transmission/hydraulic oil housing. Anyone have any similiar experiences and suggestion on what might be going on. Thanks
